Your personal data is processed by Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi & Muş Alparslan Üniversitesi, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Data Processed and Purposes

Personal data you share during paper submission and congress registration — such as your full name, title, institution, email, phone and ORCID — is processed for the purposes of conducting the paper evaluation processes, communicating with participants, issuing certificates and managing publication processes.

3. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared with the relevant scientific board members and service providers, limited solely to the purposes stated above and within the framework of legal obligations.

4. Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion and object to its processing. You can send your requests to bilgi@ornek-kongre.org.

5. Explicit Consent

By ticking the consent boxes on the paper submission form, you give explicit consent for your personal data to be processed for the purposes stated in this notice.
