Publication Policy
Our congress conducts a transparent and fair evaluation process aligned with the ethics principles of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and ULAKBİM TR Dizin.
All papers are evaluated by at least two field experts through a double-blind process in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept mutually confidential.
For studies collecting data from human participants from 2020 onwards through surveys, interviews, focus groups, observation or experiments, stating ethics committee approval (committee name, date and decision number) is mandatory.
All submitted texts are scanned with software such as iThenticate/Turnitin. Studies above the acceptable similarity threshold are not considered for evaluation.
Authors and reviewers are obliged to declare any potential conflicts of interest that may affect the evaluation process. Assignments where a reviewer–author conflict is detected are reassigned.
Please report any breach of publication ethics to the Organising Committee via bilgi@ornek-kongre.org. All reports are handled confidentially.
TR Dizin note: For studies involving human participants, including the ethics committee approval information (committee name, date, decision no) in the paper text and submission form is required for the work to be considered.
These principles have been prepared on the basis of the current COPE and TR Dizin criteria.
